I’m Sarah Lee, a 22+ year veteran of the automotive industry.

Having worked for Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Infiniti, Acura, Honda, Mazda, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Porsche and Jaguar in every aspect of the retail dealership, I elected to help people understand the car buying (shopping, servicing, financing, fixing, trading, selling your own car, problem-solving) process from a logical, fun, efficient perspective.

I utilize my years of car business connections across the country to help anyone, anywhere get the car/information they want and need, painlessly. My network of automotive professionals tally hundreds of years of automotive experience. We love what we do, are passionate about the brands we sell and genuinely enjoy welcoming new friends into our car family.

With MyCarlady, I offer my expertise because I love what I do and want to help people have a great car experience. In a way, I’m trying to level the playing field, and right wrongs or injustices where I see them. SOMETIMES this means exposing bad stuff, publically challenging BIG, powerful companies, government entities and dealerships that don’t do the right thing.

I don’t think profit is a dirty word, I think every business needs to make a profit to stay in business and do right by their clients. I am here to help you feel comfortable with the car business, where your sixth sense says something’s not right, or maybe you are intimidated (or just hate) the games.
Think of me as your coach, others call me their personal car-butler or concierge. Whatever you want to call me, that’s fine, I’m here to keep you from making a bad, costly mistake and if I can’t help, then I will tell you the truth. I’m not in it to take your money.
