My Carlady is a team of like-minded professional, licensed car saleswomen who sell cars across the country.
Our mission statement reads; " Our goal is to insure all women have a fun and hassle-free car buying experience ."
Representing every make and model, we are dedicated to helping women (and men) get the best car deal, without all the games and nonsense many "old time" car dealers like to play.
We are certified by every auto manufacturer and licensed by the states we operate in that required extensive background checks, including fingerprinting, to make sure we have no felonious history. (WE DON'T.)
Our reputations and years in the business speak for themselves. We wouldn't be doing this if we didn't feel passionate about our careers and our clients.
Over the years we have built a strong business of repeat and referral customers who have become our friends and family.
Founded by Sarah Lee Marks, of Las Vegas, NV, in 2002, the My Carlady(tm) brand is part of CAR CHAT LLC, a WBENC-(women-owned business) certified and recognized by the SBA, DOT, MBE and other national companies, and organizations.
We are also active members of Moms in Business Network, EMS:Employee Service Management Association, NAWBO: National Association of Women Business Owners, Latin Chamber of Commerce and WBENC-West: Women Business Enterprise National Council.
To insure our mission is accomplished we follow some very basic principles.
1. Create a comfortable, professional environment in which to do business.
2. Do a complete evaluation of the needs of the buyer.
3. Offer the best price the first time.
4. Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding all buyer credit information.
5. Perform a 100 point safety inspection before selling any pre-owned vehicle.
