DODGE continues to deny customer Cummins 6.7L warranty claims as class-action lawsuits grow.
I got this letter today from Tom. It was heart-wrenching to read because his truck has only 11k miles on it. A 2009 Dodge 3500 Ram Cummins 6.7l Diesel that he uses for his livelihood driving across the country. According to his letter, Dodge is continuing to deny warranty claims and responsibility for these problems.
READ ON: “My claim was just denied by those elusive and unknown bastards at Chrysler Claims department. Only 11,600.00 and growing! My water in the fuel light never warned me that I had water in my fuel, the only warning that I received was 6 injectors at 1,450.00ea gone bad and a screwed up fuel system. My 09 3500 quad cab with only 37,000K is parked in a pile assorted parts. Estimates are between 12 and 14 thousand dollars, to add to the 39k that I have agreed to pay for this piece of “@#$%&*%”. I guess that this small token will keep those FAT CAT OBAMA UNION THUGS in the money for a few days longer. How very short sighted, just like their leader. I will pay for this truck for a long time, but for everyday that I pay for it I will convince someone not to purchase a “DODGE PRODUCT”. I am a pipe-liner and I travel the states, I am now in ND 30 hours from home and I am mad has HELL!!!! The people that denied me are untouchable and unreachable. They make their decisions in some secluded office cubical with out thought of their impact on everyday hard working people. After calling the only number I am given to plead my case, I was told that the only avenue I have is to write to the CEO of Chrysler. Give me a break!!! That letter will end up in some bureaucratic garbage dump.
UNHAPPY AND BETRAYED DODGE OWNER
